Cinnamon Cassia the Feel Better Essential Oil

After much thought on a new essential oil for my body butter, I came to Cinnamon Cassia. The health benefits this oil are enormous for both body and mind.  Cassia is a evergreen tree native of China, and is commonly referred to as Chinese Cinnamon. The essential oil comes from the leaves and twigs of the tree. Chinese healers use the oil for many different ailments, and have been doing so for centuries.

Antidepressant
The scent of the Cassia helps fight depression by uplifting
the mood and inducing warm and cozy feelings in the body and the mind.

Anti-Rheumatic and Anti-Arthritic
Cassia is a circulatory and a stimulant substance, it improves te circulation of blood around the body, bringing warmth to the joints and other parts of the body that may be suffering from arthritis, giving much needed relief to these areas.
